Every effort to promote your church event or program through Redeemer Church's communication outlets will be made (Sunday morning announcements, Friday eNews, church website, etc.) Please understand, however, that given the many events at Redeemer, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met, but will prioritize based on available time/resources and appropriateness. Redeemer's leadership reserves editorial rights for all announcements.

Deadline The deadline for date-appropriate items to be included in the current week's eNews and Sunday Worship Guide is Tuesdays by 5:00 p.m.
Event (Date & Facilities) Approval If your event requires the use of Redeemer Church facilities then you must secure approval for your date(s) and your event location (rooms) from Dusty Deevers, Minister of Administration. No announcement request requiring Redeemer facilities and/or resources will be accepted without prior approval from Dusty. An Event Request Form is provided here.
Approval from Church/Ministry Leadership If your event is tied to a specific ministry of the church (Student Ministry, Care Group Ministry, Sunday School class, etc.) You must secure the approval of the the approriate ministry leaders before submitting your request for promotion.
No Date Conflicts You are asked to check Redeemer's Online Calendar to be sure your event date, location and/or type of event does not conflict with already scheduled events.
